Inria Chile Director speaks at innovation meeting from ICARE

ICARE's Innovation Circle held the meeting "Innovation in development policies", where Nayat Sánchez-Pi, director of Inria Chile, gave a presentation to answer several questions related to this topic.
This meeting is focused on the deep reflection on the future of our country at present, in the medium and long term, and which involves analyzing the paths that lead to the development that various sectors of society yearn for.
In this sense, our director shared Inria's experience in the development of science and digital technologies, particularly showing how Artificial Intelligence is crucial in innovation, and particularly recounting how the French government's strategy in the implementation of this technology has been fundamental in strengthening different areas of that country.
The meeting, which was led by Hans Eben, president of Innovation Circle from ICARE, was also attended by other prominent personalities and professionals from the world of innovation: José Miguel Benavente, leading specialist of the Competitiveness and Innovation Division of the Inter-American Development Bank; Bernardita Araya, Manager of CMPC Ventures; and Alexis Kalergis, academic and researcher at the PUC.
