The project consisted of developing a tool for CINTAC that would allow it to facilitate the process of selling materials for the construction of a shed, from the from design to execution of the purchase order. The software allows the user to choose a house model, its dimensions and other general parameters. With these values, the software performs a structural calculation and automatically generates construction plans and material cubicles necessary for the construction of the shed. This solution, in addition to improving customer service time, enables a more reliable document to be generated at the time of the purchase decision.
The technical challenge of the project involved creating a web application based on a modular and extensible client / server architecture; the development of a progressive web client with interactive visualizations of sheds according to the parameters supplied by the user; the development of a backend with a REST API and extensible modeling of the problem domain and the automatic generation of AutoCAD drawings with constructive details of the sheds calculated by the user.
